Micah is great to work with at the Greenwood location. I have always experienced great service at this location. Unfortunately, we discovered an issue recently during an oil change. Micah stepped up and took care of it to resolve it immediately without any hassle. He found a solution to temporarily repair the problem when another service center couldn't. Without his solution, we wouldn't have been to leave town for the Thanksgiving holiday. He worked with my schedule to fully correct the issue once all the parts were available. It's so nice to find a automotive repair service with such integrity. Mistakes can happen but what is most important is someone like Micah that will make things right, setting him apart from others in his industry.

Driving home through Fishers yesterday and smoke coming out from under hood. Luckily was next to Fishers site. The polite and knowledgeable young man was candid about how much time it might take to check car. Saturday and I did not have appointment. Car was checked in an hour and notified of problem within 45 minutes. Broken hose but since 94 Honda Accord took some time to find part. Throughout the entire process the staff were helpful, engaging, knowledgeable and honest. Thank you for your superior skills and excellent customer service!

BIG THANK YOU to Ryan, Eric, Tony, and all the guys at Fishers Tire Central. I take both my business truck and personal vehicle here, and EVERY time I am treated with such a high level of respect, and always receive the very best customer service. The work is completed in a timely fashion, and with very high quality. Not only will I keep coming back, but I recommend Tire Central Fishers to all my customers, neighbors, and friends frequently.
